Start with Day 1 and move on from there. We are working on proper form and are safely developing strength.
If you feel good and want more of a challenge, you can add weights to certain exercises or do one more round of the exercises. You can also just tag this workout on to the end of any other workout or activity that you want to do.
Each day and week we will add more difficult exercises to challenge your core and build strength.
